Compliance
RIBE provides a specific communication channel that serves as a tool for all individuals who become aware, in a work-related or professional context, of any infringement within RIBE, enabling them to report it (including anonymously) to the System Manager through the following Ethics Channel communication methods established by RIBE:

All communications submitted through the RIBE Ethics Channel must be made in good faith and may include any supporting documentation deemed appropriate. RIBE undertakes not to adopt any form of retaliation, threats of retaliation, or attempted retaliation, whether direct or indirect, against individuals who, in good faith, report any irregularity through the Ethics Channel.
Investigations will be conducted by RIBE’s System Manager in an objective and diligent manner, in accordance with internal regulations and applicable legislation. Throughout the investigation process, compliance with the principles of objectivity, confidentiality of communications, independence, good faith, and personal data protection will be ensured. Likewise, the rights to defence, honour, and the presumption of innocence of the persons under investigation will be guaranteed. In addition, the procedure will be transparent and will ensure the right to information of all persons involved.
The following RIBE Ethics Channel Operating Policy defines and establishes the general principles applicable to the system, as well as the procedures for managing, processing and resolving communications received through the RIBE Ethics Channel.
